Non-medical home care in Schaumburg
Compassionate caregivers help your loved one stay safe, independent, and comfortable in the home they love, from a few hours a week to around-the-clock support.
A simple conversation. Clear answers. No pressure.

Understanding your options
Non-medical home care is practical, person-to-person support with everyday life. A caregiver comes to the home to help with routines such as bathing and dressing, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, reminders and genuine companionship.
It is different from skilled nursing or clinical care. The goal is to help your loved one remain safe, comfortable and connected in familiar surroundings while giving family caregivers reliable support.

Please note: Medicaid is not accepted by the Schaumburg office. Program eligibility, authorized services and reimbursement are determined by the applicable insurer or government program.

For the Fishers, caregiving is personal. Paul’s family caregiving experiences and Shelley’s background as a Doctor of Social Work shaped their shared commitment to helping people age comfortably at home.
Paul brings a career built on relationships and connecting with others. Shelley brings deep expertise in family dynamics and elder care, along with her work teaching graduate social work students at Aurora University. Together, they believe care should respect each person’s needs, background, and familiar routines.
Their own family members have benefited from aging in place. Helping other families experience that same support is at the heart of their work.
